3.8.5 Tài liệu

Thông tin (3.8.2) và phương tiện chứa đựng thông tin.

VÍ DỤ: Hồ sơ (3.8.10), quy định (3.8.7), tài liệu về quy trình, bản vẽ, báo cáo, tiêu chuẩn.

CHÚ THÍCH 1: Phương tiện có thể là giấy, đĩa từ, đĩa điện tử, đĩa quang, ảnh, mẫu gốc hoặc tổ hợp các dạng trên..

CHÚ THÍCH 2: Tập hợp các tài liêu, ví dụ quy định và hồ sơ, thường được gọi là “hệ thống tài liệu”.

CHÚ THÍCH 3: Một số yêu cầu (3.6.4) (ví dụ như dễ đọc) liên quan đến tất cả các loại tài liệu. Tuy nhiên, có thể có các yêu cầu khác nhau đối với quy định (ví dụ yêu cầu đối với kiểm soát việc sửa đổi) và đối với hồ sơ (ví dụ yêu cầu có thể khôi phục lại).

Note 1 to entry: The medium can be paper, magnetic, electronic or optical computer disc, photograph or master sample, or combination thereof.

Note 2 to entry: A set of documents, for example specifications and records, is frequently called “documentation”.

Note 3 to entry: Some requirements (3.6.4) (e.g. the requirement to be readable) relate to all types of documents. However there can be different requirements for specifications (e.g. the requirement to be revision controlled) and for records (e.g. the requirement to be retrievable).
